Who operates the app
Sequoia Tools is provided by S.R.L. “SEQUOIA DIGITAL”, IDNO 1021600030605, Republic of Moldova. Registered office: 2, 31 August Street, Gratiesti, Chisinau municipality, MD-2093. Privacy and support contact: welcome@sequoiadigital.eu.
Your account and saved results
We store your name, email, hashed password, sign-in sessions, projects and results you save. We use this information to provide the account and tools you request. Session data may include your IP address and browser information. We count daily website checks and requests to protect the service.
Information submitted to tools
The calculator and UTM builder run in your browser; their inputs reach our server when you save them. A website check sends the URL to our server, retrieves the public page and saves the report in your account. Do not submit passwords, private links, customer records or other confidential information. Reports are not sent to an AI model.
Technical providers
Vercel hosts the app, Neon stores the database in Frankfurt, and Resend delivers verification and account-recovery emails. These providers process information needed for operation, security and delivery. The database region does not mean all provider operations take place exclusively in the EU.
Cookies and emails
We use cookies necessary for sign-in. To continue a calculation or link started on the website, we temporarily keep its inputs in browser session storage (sessionStorage), expiring after 30 minutes. We remove this draft when you save the result or sign out. This app does not load advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Automated emails support verification and account recovery; registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Retention and control
Projects and results stay in your account until you delete them or request account deletion. You can export your data in the workspace. To correct your details, delete your account or make another privacy request, email welcome@sequoiadigital.eu from your account address. We may verify your identity before acting. Backups and technical logs may persist temporarily according to provider retention periods.
